CAD Drawing Start

This week I have been working on the CAD drawing for our device. I am hoping to have it done midweek so that we can 3-D print it this weekend. Since the device will be 16 inches long, the body will not fit fully on the bed of the 3-D printer. to solve this problem we thought we should split the bar up into 3 parts that can be printed separately. Currently I am stuck, (not too badly, more like I came to a stopping point) on the part of creating the connecting joints for the pieces. One thing that I am also concerned about is the fact that the arduino needs to be screwed down (which I was originally thinking of doing on the base bar) however, since the device needs to be placed on someones head I figure it may not be ideal for screws to be there (could be uncomfortable and/or inaccurate). I didnt want to go any further on the design because I wanted to run these questions by my group. Below is a picture of the design.
